Grow Is Not a Number
One sitting, twenty minutes, and do not open any software.
The companion to the book
Uncover Your Next Revenue Opportunity with AI, and Prove It with What You Already Own
If you scanned the code in the book, you are in the right place. Every worksheet it mentions is here, along with the current version of anything that has changed since it was printed.

One for every exercise in chapters one to thirteen, plus the two pages from the back of the book. They chain. Each one takes the output of the one before it, so they are numbered in the order the book runs them. Download a PDF, or open one and print it straight from your browser.

One sitting, twenty minutes, and do not open any software.
One sitting, about an hour, and you will need your own login and a phone.
One sitting. Nothing to buy, nothing to install, nobody to hire.
One sitting. You are not building anything, and you should not let anybody build anything this week.
One sitting, and you need the two exports from the previous chapter.
One sitting. You need the outputs of chapters one through five, which is why this exercise is the cheapest one in the book and also the one you cannot skip ahead to.
One sitting. You need the answer you produced in chapter six, and you must not have acted on it yet.
One sitting, plus one conversation. You need the answer you tested in chapter seven.
One sitting, and the output is one page.
One sitting, and you need at least one real proposal.
One sitting, about two hours, and you will need to actually log in to things rather than ask somebody whether you can.
One week of noticing, then one sitting.
One afternoon. Nothing bought.
One row per stage. Mark what you can judge, what you could, and what you cannot.
Seven lines. The discipline is that it stays one page.
Product names, prices, what a given tier includes and where a setting lives will all move. The book keeps the durable part. The current part lives here, listed by chapter.

Fourteen chapters, one exercise each, using only what you already own. If this page reached you some other way, here is where to find it.
This book will not tell you what will happen to your business. Nobody has measured that, including the people who will tell you otherwise.
By Wolf Krammel, who has been building the things businesses actually run on since 1993.
The back of the book offers three ways forward, and only one of them is buying: do the next thing yourself, do nothing for a quarter on purpose, or buy help now that you can judge it.
Wolf's company, Future Growth Now, does the work the book describes. Get into the systems you already pay for, find out what they can and cannot answer, and build the smallest complete version of whatever comes next, with a baseline written down before it starts.
If you arrive with your five-line review filled in, you will have done the part that usually takes the first two meetings.
And if you never call, the book still worked.
